The combination of these two materials produces one very beautiful ring. Diamond polished at Fuji’s state of the art facilities, these guides boast the smoothest finish available in the fishing world. Fuji was also able to make Gold Cermet one of the lightest ring materials available, while maintaining a strength that beats that of competitors gold rings. Put this all together with Fuji’s exclusive Solid Titanium Frames and you get one of the strongest, most functional, and elegant guides ever made. When you want to fish in style, choose Gold Cermet! SILICON CARBIDE or SiC is one of the most advanced ceramics available today. It’s the hardest and most durable in Fuji’s lineup and because of this, SiC Guides are particularly well suited for braided line. They also utilize Fuji’s Diamond Polishing and boast one of the smoothest rings around. SiC rings were also the first ever to be mounted directly to the frame, thus reducing weight, increasing heat dissipation and amplifying line sensitivity. They’ll take whatever you throw through’em!
SILICON NITRIDE II - is an improved version of the original ring, making it a perfect ceramic guide for heavy duty rods. It was designed for use as ball bearings in jet engines, because of its tremendous hardness factor and high wear resistance. If it can handle the heat and friction of a jet engine, just imagine how well it will perform under the toughest fishing conditions. And if there ever was a ring built for wire line, this is it. Silicon Nitride has the strength and durability needed to tackle any kind of saltwater fishing. ALCONITETM - Fuji’s engineers thought long and hard on how to make a guide lighter and stronger yet
keep the cost down. After years of research they came up with AlconiteTM, a special type of ceramic that offers strength, lightness, and durability. In fact AlconiteTM offers 80% greater compression strength and is 20% lighter than Aluminum Oxide. Also, through Fuji’s Diamond Polishing, Alconite boasts a finish that is smoother than that of Hardloy . Fuji engineers were also able to make AlconiteTM the thinnest and lightest ceramic ring available today; even 7% lighter than standard SiC Rings! When combined with the lightweight Concept frame the results are unparalleled ... 35% lighter and up to 50% stronger than ordinary guides.
HARDLOY has offered anglers a reliable, cost effective and high performance solution for many
years. Hardloy is made of a special blend of high grade Aluminum Oxide. This blend produces a much higher compression strength and makes Hardloy much more durable, lighter weight and greater heat dissipation. All of these factors combine to make Hardloy an excellent choice for the avid angler.
ALUMINUM OXIDE RING - The innovative idea of using ceramics as a fishing guide started
some 40 years ago with the introduction of Aluminum Oxide, also known as the Hard Ring guide. With this new material, Fuji started a revolution in guide development that has been a mainstay for rod builders and fisherman over all these years. All Aluminum Oxide rings are diamond polished to an ultra-smooth finish and come in a variety of frame styles and finishes.

“N” FRAME GUIDES - After introducing the Aluminum Oxide ceramic guide to the fisherman, Fuji became the first to produce a stamped, one-piece frame design in 1976. The “N” frame had no welds or snap together frames, making it stronger, lighter in weight and improved corrosion resistance over any other guide at the time. After over 30 years it remains one of the best frames ever designed and continues to be used in most every style of fishing. “V” FRAME GUIDES - Fuji’s improved spinning rod guide was designed with a “V” frame design to improve the strength of the guide over the original frame design. Fuji was the first to seat the guide ring directly to the frame and the “V” frame became the first spinning guide with this new feature. By eliminating the shock ring not only was the weight of the guide lightened, but also sensitivity was improved, enhancing overall rod performance. “Y” FRAME GUIDES - The “Y” frame or “Power Angle” is one of the strongest spinning guides made in
its class. It sits higher on the blank, than the standard spinning guide and for good reason. By sitting higher, line slap is reduced allowing for greater casting distance with the same amount of effort. With it’s unique frame construction this guide is up to 30% stronger, yet considerably lighter than your standard spinning guide. It is available in all types of ceramic rings, as well as finishes, from size 7 to 30.
LC SERIES CONCEPT GUIDE - This guide was developed with the use of a high-speed camera, which has a frame speed of an unbelievable 20,000 frames per second. What Fuji found was a tremendous amount of twists and loops occurring around guides, that to the unaided eye, seemed as though the line moved through the guides without any interference. This brought forth the “LC” Concept GuideTM frame. With its low, sloping, and lightweight frame design, line entanglement is greatly reduced, enhancing casting distance and accuracy, as well as reducing the total weight of the rod. Designed with a deep pressed frame that helps to secure and protect the ring, the “LC” style guide is among the most innovative in Fuji’s line of guides and is a great addition to the Concept GuideTM series. MN SERIES - When Fuji designed the MN series they developed a special way of twisting and bending the frame to increase the total strength of the guide by more than 10%. This makes the guide ideal for Medium to Heavy duty casting and spinning rods. Another advantage of the MN Series is that the unique frame design makes it virtually impossible for line to tangle, even on braided lines! By seating the Silicon Carbide ring in a “Deep Press” design Fuji’s engineers made it so that even knots or swivels can’t damage it. The MN Series continues Fuji’s commitment of providing guides that hold up to the rigors of everyday fishing. POWER OVAL CONCEPT GUIDES™ - Designed to handle even the toughest situation. Fuji created these boat rods to take the abuse of braided lines, yet prevent the frustration of tangling. using their unique frame design and oval rings these guides smooth out the line as it passes through, this creates less friction and prevents tangles altogether. HB HEAVY CONCEPT GUIDES™ - The HB Series is a New Heavy Duty Boat Rod Guide for 30 to
50 lb class rods. This particular series has a new arc-Shaped, Stainless-Steel frame which increases the overall guide’s strength, hardness and corrosion resistance. A sloped, shorter length frame adds to rod flexibility and less line tangling. Fuji’s new embossed feature helps keep the foot from sliding out from under the thread. By increasing structural and material strengths, the HB Series gives the angler a guide that is much lighter than the LR series. Once again, these features add to the overall performance of the rod. The HB Series is available in sizes up to 25 and comes in Silicone Carbide and Silicone Nitride II rings for use in all fishing applications and conditions.
“LR” FRAME GUIDES - Designed to meet the needs of saltwater or big lake fisherman, LR style guides
offer great strength and durability and it will flex as the rod does, providing for improved rod control. Again designed with a one-piece frame to do away with welds that can weaken the frame, the “LR” frame meets all the needs of the big rod fisherman with ring sizes from an 8 up to a size 25.

The wider arc of the frame base flares slightly beyond the full diameter of the ring size. If a loop or tangle occurs on the frame, it moves quickly toward the smaller diameter near the ring. The smooth, highly polished surface where frame meets ring is actually smaller than the frame width, further initiating the release of the loop. The ring of all K-Series™ guides tilts forward a few degrees. This innovation helps force tangles even further forward where they literally “fall off” the forward part of the tilted ring.

The HB Series is a New Heavy Duty Boat Rod Guide for 30 to 50 lb class rods. This particular series has a new arc-Shaped, Stainless-Steel frame which increases the overall guide’s strength, hardness and corrosion resistance. A sloped, shorter length frame adds to rod flexibility and less line tangling. Fuji’s new embossed feature helps keep the foot from sliding out from under the thread. By increasing structural and material strengths, the HB Series gives the angler a guide that is much lighter than the LR series. Once again, these features add to the overall performance of the rod. The HB Series is available in sizes up to 25 and comes in Silicone Carbide and Silicone Nitride II rings for use in all fishing applications and conditions.

These Concept Guides™ made a big splash when introduced. They’re designed to take on the rigors of most any kind of fishing while remaining more than 30% lighter than your standard Heavy Duty Guide. It’s even strong enough to stand up to wire lines. If all of this wasn’t enough Fuji also coated their corrosion resistant Stainless Steel in an even more corrosion resistant finish, designed to fight the effects of saltwater. Fuji also implemented their new one-piece stamped frames for added strength, durability and reduced weight. In creating the tops Fuji borrowed from their redesigned MN Series SiC Tops. These tops have a tangle free design that also incorporates a wrap on top instead of the standard welded top. For the ultimate wire line solution choose Silicon Nitride II.

STABILITY & COMFORT
The ECSM reel seat is more than just another exposed blank seat. Importantly, each reel seat has a blank exposed area so that your finger comes in direct contact with the blank for maximum sensitivity, but the design also allows for greater stability and comfort. More than 20% lighter than FUJI's other lightweight casting reel seats, it has a 7.9 degree offset, which reduces fatigue and provides for greater comfort when palming a reel. As with other FUJI reel seats, it sports a lock tight nut system and exclusive stainless steel cushioned hoods.
